Performance Contracting

Precision Control Systems can assist as you plan facility upgrades through a Performance Contract, or guaranteed energy savings contract. Specializing in PK-12 school building upgrades, Precision leverages energy and operational savings to facilitate projects that can upgrade most any part of the building envelope or mechanical, electrical, or plumbing system. We take pride in on-time delivery, attention to detail, quality and value.

Facility Maintenance, Monitoring, and Training

Facility owners benefit through our on-site vigilance as Precision service mechanics support millions of square feet under maintenance agreements. Precision can keep HVAC systems and facility environments safe and comfortable for the occupant, while also keeping energy management and efficiency in mind. HVAC maintenance contract options range from simple, labor-only, agreements to full labor and parts coverage with facility monitoring. A variety of training programs and classes are available through our office and within all of our projects.

Repair and Retrofit

Precision union mechanics, electricians and technicians can keep mechanical systems viable with replacements that are both of low cost and high quality.
